Meet Noel! Noel has had a rough start in her life. She was confiscated by animal control in Bakersfield, CA due to her previous owners abusing her. Since she has had her pups and experienced love in her foster home, Noel is a changed dog. She loves treats, gentle petting, and when you sing songs to her. She is also trained on pee pads.
