Meet Chloe! Chloe was rescue from the streets of Tijuana after being abandoned by her owners. Unfortunately we don't have any idea why because Chloe is the absolute SWEETEST! Chloe is such a beautiful girl and very friendly. She loves belly rubs and being carried around everywhere. We believe Chloe is two years old and a long haired Chihuahua/Papillion mix. She is the ultimate companion dog, and she deserves the absolute best home. Adopt Chloe!
