Little Otis is an 11-week-old Bulldog mix. He's goofy and playful, with expressive eyes and an eagerness to learn. He walks well on a leash and loves playing with his foster siblings. This little guy has a big personality and will grow up to be a medium-sized dog with a laid-back energy type.
